We want you to be confident trying NDA Reviewer AI. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

1. Monthly Subscriptions (Pro & Team Plans)

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers on the Pro ($29/month) or Team ($79/month) plan are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of the initial subscription date.

Eligibility requirements:

  • This is your first paid subscription (not a re-subscribe after a previous cancellation)
  • The refund request is made within 30 calendar days of your first payment
  • You have not already received a refund from NDA Reviewer AI

How to request: Email support@ndaguard.ai with subject line "Refund Request – [your account email]" within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

After the 30-Day Window

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

2. Annual Subscriptions (Annual Pro — $290/year)

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of the initial annual payment.

How pro-rated refunds are calculated:

Refund = Annual fee – (monthly rate × months used)
Example: If you cancel after 2 months, you receive $290 – ($29 × 2) = $232 refund.

After 30 days from the annual subscription start date, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the annual period.

3. Pay-Per-Use Reviews ($19/review)

Pay-per-use purchases are non-refundable.

Each $19 purchase delivers an AI-generated review immediately upon processing. Because the service is delivered instantly and fully at the time of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on individual review purchases.

Exception: If a technical error on our end prevents delivery of a completed review (e.g., processing fails and no output is generated), you are entitled to either a replacement review credit or a full refund. Contact support@ndaguard.ai with your review ID.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ndaguard.ai before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are usually able to resolve billing issues quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or by emailing support@ndaguard.ai. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund request. If you want a refund in addition to cancelling, email us as described above.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing time after we approve the refund:

  • Credit/debit card: 3–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • We will email confirmation once the refund is processed
